Pointe shoes must be fit properly and no growing room is permitted in this shoe. In general, dancers should be at least 11 years old and have had several years of ballet training before progressing to this type of shoe. We will only fit you for ballet Pointe shoes if your teacher has approved you for this stage in your dance training. We also sell pointe shoe ribbons/elastic and various pointe shoe pads. We will help you determine the best fit for your new pointe shoes and you will have the opportunity to try them and go up on your toes on our specialty dance floor.

Appointments are appreciated for pointe shoe fittings. If you do not have an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. It is necessary that you bring your pads and other "inside the shoe" accessories with you so that we can fit you with the pads you will use. Pads and gel toe caps etc, will change the fit of the shoe so it is important to bring what you use. If you have forgotten your pads, or have never danced "en pointe" before, we have a selection of pads and foot products here.
